Prior to attending law school, Ms. Summer received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University in history and environmental studies and worked as a project manager for an environmental consultant firm. Ms. Summer practiced in the area of civil litigation and is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York. Her current focus is on real estate. She has worked on numerous purchase, sale and leasing transactions, construction contracts, financing commitments, loan documents and various matters incidental to the representation of residential cooperatives.
